This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by AMOR FELINE™ (“Sponsor”), contactus@amorfeline.com. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, or any other social media platform (each, a “Platform”).

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have purchased and used the AMOR FELINE product. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. The Contest is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

The Contest begins on the date the entry form is made publicly available and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 14, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). All entries—including the submission of the video link via the official entry form—must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 14, 2026. Likes are counted as described in Section 6. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

To enter, an eligible participant (“Entrant”) must:

• Create an original video testimonial describing the Entrant’s genuine experience using AMOR FELINE (the “Video”);
• Post the Video to a publicly viewable page on a Platform (YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, or similar) such that the Video and its like count are accessible to the public; and
• Complete and submit the official entry form, including the Entrant’s name, email address, a short description of the Video, a written testimonial, and a direct link to the publicly posted Video.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per Video. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline, are void. All entry information becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any Platform on which their Video is posted.

To be eligible, a Video must be the Entrant’s own original creation and must not:

• Contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, including any music, images, or footage the Entrant does not have the right to use;
• Depict any person under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian; or
• Make false or misleading claims about the AMOR FELINE product.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or Video it deems to violate these Official Rules or to be inappropriate for any reason.

The one (1) eligible Video that has received the greatest number of “likes” on its hosting Platform as of 11:59 p.m. ET on December 14, 2026 will be deemed the potential winner. “Likes” means the native like/heart/thumbs-up count publicly displayed by the Platform on which the Video is hosted. In the event of a tie, the tied Video that was submitted earliest (by entry form timestamp) will be deemed the potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to verify like counts and to disqualify any entry where likes appear, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, to have been obtained through fraudulent, automated, purchased, or otherwise illegitimate means.

One (1) grand prize winner will receive Five Thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000 USD). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $5,000. The prize will be awarded in the form of a check or electronic payment at Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the value of the prize is $600 or more, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form on or about December 15, 2026. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release, and any required tax documentation, within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return the required documents, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the entry with the next-highest like count. [NOTE: Federal law will require a valid social security number so AMOR FELINE can issue a 1099.]

By entering, each Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute the Video, the written testimonial, and the description—in whole or in part—in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, marketing, promotional, and trade purposes, without further compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law. Each Entrant represents that they own or control all rights in their Video and testimonial and that all persons appearing in the Video have consented to these uses. Except where prohibited, entry constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, city/state of residence, and testimonial for such purposes without further compensation.

By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; for any error in the display or counting of likes by a Platform; or for any technical malfunctions of any kind. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Contest or undermine its legitimate operation may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

By entering, each Entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, the Platforms, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Sponsor is organized (Delaware), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All claims must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
