1Who we are
AMOR FELINE INC. makes a natural, mineral-based cat litter deodorizer. This policy explains what personal information we collect through amorfeline.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2What this policy covers
This policy covers amorfeline.com and the forms on it: our email signup, our contact form, and the Share the Love Contest entry form.
It does not cover purchases. AMOR FELINE is sold through Amazon, and when you click a “Buy on Amazon” link you leave our site. Amazon collects your payment and shipping information under its own privacy notice, and we never see your payment details.
3Information you give us
We only collect what you type into a form and submit. Nothing on this site asks you to create an account or a password.

Our forms are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account, where only people who work on AMOR FELINE can read them.
Each form also includes a hidden field that real people never see. If it gets filled in, we treat the submission as automated and discard it. That is the only thing on this site that behaves like spam filtering.
4Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, ours records basic technical information when a page is requested — the IP address making the request, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. Our host generates these logs to serve the site, keep it available, and defend it against abuse.
We do not run any analytics package on this site. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not follow you to other websites. Beyond the technical logs described above, we have no record of who visited or what they looked at.
5The Share the Love Contest
Our Share the Love video testimonial contest awards one grand prize of $5,000. Entries close December 14, 2026, and the winner is announced December 15, 2026. The full rules live on the contest page; where those rules and this policy differ on how the contest is run, the rules govern. Entry involves more personal information than anything else on this site, so this section spells it out.
What entering involves
To enter, you post a video testimonial publicly on a platform such as YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Instagram, or Facebook, and then submit the entry form with your name, your email address, the public link to that video, your written testimonial, and proof that you purchased AMOR FELINE.
Entering also signs you up for our emails
When you enter the contest, we add your email address to our mailing list and send you product news and offers along with contest updates. If you would rather not receive those, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email us — unsubscribing does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
Your video is public, and it is not ours to protect
You publish the video yourself, on a platform you choose, under that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not host it and we cannot take it down. Anything visible in it — your face, your voice, your home, other members of your household — is public to anyone who finds it. Please think about that before you record.
Because the contest is decided by the number of likes an entry receives on its hosting platform, we look at each entry’s public like count on that platform to determine the winner. We do not receive lists of who liked your video.
Proof of purchase
Proof of purchase may include an order number, a receipt, or a screenshot. These sometimes contain more than we need, such as a shipping address or other items you bought. We use this material only to confirm eligibility.
If you win
Because the prize is $5,000, U.S. tax rules require us to report it. The winner will need to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, which includes a taxpayer identification number such as a Social Security number. We collect this from the winner only, use it only for tax reporting, share it only with the IRS and our accountant, and keep it only as long as tax recordkeeping requires.
We announce the winner publicly on December 15, 2026. We publish the winner’s first name and last initial only — never a full name, street address, or contact details — along with a link to the winning video, which is already public.
Your testimonial may appear in our marketing
By entering, you give us permission to publish your written testimonial and your name, in the form you supplied it, on this website and in other AMOR FELINE marketing. The reviews on our homepage are real testimonials published this way. If you later want yours removed, email us and we will take it down.
6How we use information
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To send product news and offers to people on our mailing list, whether they joined through the signup form or by entering the contest.
- To run the contest: confirm eligibility, verify purchases, count likes, pick and notify the winner, pay the prize, and meet our tax reporting obligations.
- To publish testimonials, with the permission described in section 5.
- To keep the site working, secure, and free of spam.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done either.
7How we share information
We share personal information in four situations, and no others:
- With service providers who work for us. Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions. Our accountant handles prize tax reporting. These companies may use the information only to do work for us.
- When you publish it yourself. Your contest video is public because you posted it publicly.
- When the law requires it, such as tax reporting for the prize or a valid legal request.
- If the business is sold or merged, in which case information would transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We currently keep our mailing list in our Netlify account and send messages ourselves. If we start using an email delivery platform, we will name it here.
8Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We use only what the site needs to function properly and to tell human visitors from automated traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Embedded content from other companies, described in the next section, may set its own cookies when you interact with it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
9Other companies’ content on our pages
Some parts of this site come from other companies, and when your browser loads them it necessarily tells those companies your IP address:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site is set in.
- YouTube hosts our product videos. We embed them through youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you actually play a video.
- Amazon is where the product is sold. Clicking a buy link takes you to Amazon’s site.
Once you are on another company’s site or playing their embedded content, their privacy policy governs, not ours.
10How long we keep information

11Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are stored in an access-controlled account. We are a small company and we keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small, which is itself a protection. That said, no method of transmitting or storing information online is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12Children’s privacy
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the contest is open only to people 18 and older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
13Your choices
Wherever you live, you can:
- Stop the emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email us.
- Ask what we have about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it. We will, unless the law requires us to keep it — prize tax records being the main example.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to take down your testimonial.
Email contactus@amorfeline.com and tell us what you want. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, particularly for a deletion request.
14California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights. Here is what we hold and what you can do about it.

We collect these directly from you, or automatically from your browser, for the purposes in section 6, and we disclose them only as described in section 7.
Your rights
- Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed.
- Delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit our use of sensitive personal information. We already limit it to tax reporting.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. There is nothing to opt out of — we do not sell or share personal information, so we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share” link.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you service, change your price, or exclude you from the contest because you made a request.
To make a request, email contactus@amorfeline.com with “California privacy request” in the subject line. We will confirm your identity and respond within the time the law allows. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.
15Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant — adding an email platform, or introducing analytics that tracks individuals — we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
